주요업무내용

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain and Purchase Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our Supply Chain and Purchase Team. This role will primarily assist the Supply Chain and Purchase Team Manager and Assistant Manager in carrying out essential functions such as order processing, stock reconciliation, data entry, and handling general enquiries. The ideal candidate will play a key part in maintaining accuracy across our systems and ensuring smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders.

자격 요건 

- Previous experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Sales Support
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong skills in MS Office (especially Excel – VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc.)
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Ability to prioritize and perform under pressure

기타 근로조건

- Visa: Work Visa Holders of a visa that allows them to work legally in the UK
- Annual Salary: up to￡35,000 (Negotiable depending on work experience)
- Recruitment: Full-time / Permanent
- Working hours: 8 hours/5 days
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM (30 minutes lunch break)
- Holiday: 23 days (plus bank holidays)
- Insurance: Private health insurance provided after 2 years of employment
